This is a revised and expanded edition of the original. Ellison excised several of the early works which he no longer liked and replaced them with more interesting stories and essays.

This collection is a hodge-podge of then-recent and older stories, a few of which had already appeared in other collections, which is probably why Ellison let it go out of print.
